Natural BFP after infertility

I am not sure where else to post this so forgive me if I am in the wrong place. I just got a natural BFP today (1 day after a missed period) and I do not know what to do. I went through IVF 2 years ago. I had a lap which confirmed I had endo and was a Dr B patient. I know after IVF I was on intralipids, progesterone and other medications that I cannot even remember but don't know if I will need to be on these now. I also was seeing Andy for acupuncture before transfer and for 10 weeks after. Do I call Dr B, do I get a beta or should I wait a few days to see if this is real? I am in shock, I haven't even told DH yet because I don't know what to do. It is crazy how infertility can mess with you even after you get a BFP.

Sorry for posting under a fake name (although I wasn't an overly active poster), but I definitely know people on here on facebook and from LIW.

Natural BFP after infertility

Dd1 was ivf. Dd2 was natural. I called my ob the day of my bfp and went for beta and progesterone checks. All was fine.

You could also reach out to your RE and they would see you too. I would have done that but they're in the city. You could also look into seeing a high risk specialist.

I have heard this happen to people I would call your DR and get a beta and blood work to see if you need progesterone or anything.

Same thing happened to me last week. Must be something in the air. I happened to have my annual scheduled last week anyway so when I went they just ordered the blood work and then a sono in a little bit. I am worried because I was on progesterone, etc. after my first two so I'm hoping that not being on it so far isn't going to be a problem.

Thank you all. I spoke to Dr. B and he wants me in for a beta tomorrow. I will speak to him tomorrow and see what he thinks!
