Natural Highs
When I was in college, they had these posters that listed all these things that made people naturally feel high...just things that make us happy. I thought it would be fun to do here.
My natural highs are:
cuddling with DH
dolphins
anything purple
being with my nephews

My house when it is CLEAN
When you are driving and it is sunny and your sun roof is open and your favorite song comes on the radio
Thai food
Hot showers after exercising
and of course SEX
