the second picture made me cry. the lady in the back is crying. i wonder if that's her son.
That's the mom. She heard that Dwayne was visiting the pediatric unit and ran around, pleading for someone to get him to her son's room (he must be 18 or so because it said he aged out of PEDS). Dwayne delayed production to visit with the son.
ETA: Dwayne mentioned that he and the boy spent time talking about all of the scars the boy has from multiple surgeries.
