Paris visits a childrens hospital
Paris Hilton and Kim Kardashian opened their ho hearts enough to visit the Royal North Shore Childrens Hospital in Sydney. By visit I mean pose next to sick kids without touching them or showing them any kind of affection. Paris also signed autographs outside and posed with fans. She’s posting next to that poor baby like it’s a tourist attraction. You know she’s grossed out, but that baby is grossed out more. Image Attachment(s):

She is posing with that baby as if it were one of her fans looking for a photo op. And by the way, dont you have to accomplish something to develop a fan base warranting autographs?
It is a shame because this is one person, who if truly motivated to give of herself could make a difference.
