They always bring him in as some eccentric guy that has no friends. Someone will fall in love with him and make him come out of his shell. It's so dumb.

I don't think it's heroin. That's more of an old fashioned medical needle he's using. I think he has some crazy disease like Tracy that he's shooting medicine for.
I love Michael Easton as an actor. He's really great. From playing a vampire on PC to John McBain on OLTL (I love that his pets name is Roxy! Lol) The writers did such a p!ss poor job with Sillis. There was definitely more potential there for his character.
I'm really hoping that they don't screw it up again.

I really love him too and love his characters, but I just don't get this whole kill him off and bring him back as someone else. This is now the 3rd character he's played that "looks remarkably like someone else" on this show! I mean, come on already!
I hope they do him justice too. Silas started out strong and then went nowhere.

I agree it's stupid and annoying but I already like this character better than mcbain or Silas. I'm intrigued by the shooting up and the service lizard lol.

I was not a fan of the previous characters and I am not sure how I feel about him as an actor. I feel like he usually plays his characters all the same way. There are so many similarities between the characters.
