Housewarming gift?
A close friend is in contract for her first home and I am very excited for her. I'm looking to get her a small token gift. My go-to is a nice bottle of wine but she's not much of a drinker. I was thinking about one of those return address stamps with her new address or is that too personal? I keep meaning to order one for myself! I'm not a big fan of decals. Any other ideas? I'm in the middle of doing KonMari so I dont want to give clutter which is why I usually try to go with an edible gift

I prefer sticker labels to stamps. My other go-to gifts are wax warmers and fire extinguishers (DH gets at least one for every new house owner!).

My favorite house warming gifts were gift cards- Home Depot and Amex were my favorites along with the container store.

Housewarming gift?
The stamp is a great idea. I'd also like a personalized door mat or personalized cutting board or Bed Bath & Beyond card in a small plant.
