Mortgage broker
Does anyone have a mortgage broker recommendation? Dh and I want to know what we will be approved for. We know what we can afford. Thanks!!

I work with Steve all the time - he's very knowledgeable and honest. I've sent my own family members to him.
If you want a second option, Chris Gonzalez at Envoy Mortgage is also great.
Both are direct lenders -- specialty mortgage banks. You are usually better with a direct lender (i.e., mortgage BANKER) versus a broker, but I know people use the terms interchangeably.

Chris Gonzalez is amazing. We used him when he was at Academy Mortgage Corp. I've recommended him to numerous family and friends who were also very happy with him. His new place (Envoy) is in Baldwin.
