Big decisions
So I after doing IVF when I was married (no pregnancies) and then years later deciding to dO IVF as a single parent by choice (one pregnancy with FET or a PGS embryo that was a blighted ovum), I'm in big decision moments now. I knew I would dedicate 2 years to trying. If it didn't work I would have no regrets at least. At 39 the window won't be open forever.
After consulting with two RIs this week I realize I have to go all out balls to the wall so to speak. Three doctors have questioned my CC embryo... Even though it was PGS tested. The two RIs talked about needing to address possible Endo (I have classic symptoms).
So.... Hopefully my miscarriage finishes on its own and I avoid a D&c. I'll be treated for various blood and immune issues by Alex Kofinas. Most likely have laoriscopic surgery this summer for Endo. And then go all out with one last IVF cycle instead of a FET (keeping my CC embryo in storage just in case). Lifetime Coverage is coming to an end soon and FET with CC just doesn't seem the way to go.
And my new RI will be Dr George Kofinas.
Man so many decisions to be made.
Operation try to have a baby continues.
PS..... You all were amazing during my last cycle. Many, many thanks!!!

Big decisions
You seem to have a good plan in place. I think another fresh IVF is the way to go and hopefully you will get some good embryos. Being on immune meds helped me. What RE are you going to switch to?

I'll be with the Kofinas fertility group in Brooklyn (George Kofinas) and the with Alex Kofinas for perinatal.

Great. That will be cool to be working with both brothers. Let us know how Kofinas in BKLYN is. I haven't seen many ladies post about that group and I'm sure people would like to hear recommendations.
Best of luck!!!

Will do! The neat part is they will let me do most of my monitoring with Kofinas in garden city. Kofinas in Brooklyn also will do afternoon/early evening monitoring. The beginning and end of the cycle would be out in Brooklyn.

That's great that you don't have to treck out to brooklyn each time for monitoring! hoping this combo of doctors will bring you your baby
