Zappos
Just have to say Iove I Zappos. I ordered boots for my dd for horse lessons. They sent me two left boots. I called them, I was very nice, didnt even complain just wanted to make sure they had a pair (left and right boot) before I sent them back. Well they didnt. They refunded me asap, told me just to keep the two left boots AND emailed me a 50 dollar coupon off my next purchase. As disappointed as I am they didnt have dds boots. They certainly went above and beyond to rectify the situation!!

I love Zappos! That stinks about the boots not being in stock anymore but they definitely made things right by giving you the $50 coupon!
