Re: Melasma treatment?
IPL, if you don't use a lightening cream.
Its a laser treatment that removes dark spots and evens out skin tones.

Melasma treatment?
I've been dealing with melasma forever. Don't waste your time or money on otc fading cream or even rx hydroquinone. Go to dermatologist and get rx for Triluma. It's the best cream available!

Question for you - How often do you have to use it? I went when I was around 19 bc I have it on the left side of my face but I remember the cream being super expensive and it just seemed too much trouble for something that "might" work. LOL.

Melasma treatment?
Use it once at night. Use for six weeks, then u need a 2 week break. It def works and u will certainly see a difference if u use it daily. I paid approx $120. It's worth it, just be patient.

Re: Melasma treatment?
Have you tried a mask made of tumeric powder and lemon juice? I've read that works great. I am going to try it soon. I'm reluctant to try any of the RX creams since they have many cancer causing ingredients in them, namely Hydroquinone
