La fitness farmingdale
Does anyone go to this gym? How are the classes? The reviews online weren't that great, but the different type of classes seemed appealing.

Well I went and thought I would give my feedback for anyone. Who was curious .. The spin class was great! The cardio kickboxing was weird... We punched the air for an hour ...the gym wasn't a good fit for me as I would only go for the classes. It was nicer inside than I thought it would be after reading reviews online.
