Fitness Balls
Does anyone own one of these? If so what size is yours? I want to get one (for crunches and for doing free weight arm exercises) but I have no idea what size to get - anyone? TIA! Image Attachment(s):

Yes - mine is like 55cm. It's based on your height (I'm 5'7"). I'll see if I can look up the chart.....

Oops - well, according to this chart I have the wrong size (unless I'm remembering wrong) but my chiropractor told me what size to get, and it feels comfortable to me.
YOUR HEIGHT/ BALL HEIGHT/ BALL SIZE
Up to 4’10” / 18 inches (45cm) /Small
4’8” to 5’5” / 22 inches (55cm) /Medium
5’6” to 6’0” / 26 inches (65cm) /Large
6’0” to 6’5” /30 inches (75cm) /Extra Large
Over 6’5” / 33 inches (85cm) /Extra, Extra Large

I have a 26" one & it claims to have a 275 lb weight limit. It will say it on the box though. I would def check to make sure.
