She's from Italy. She pronounces it the way they do in Italy. She's also from California where they don't have the dulcet graceful way of saying things like "galamad" and moozadell". I'll take her authentic unAmericanized pronunciations over the way shrill Rachael Ray says "Parmigiano Reggiano", like she's in an off-road vehicle hitting every rocky bump on the way to the safari. Or EVOO. Or Yum-o. Basically anything she says.
