Pineapple?
So what's the deal with pineapple (specifically the core)? I keep hearing that it helps with implantation. Any insight?

Lol. My acupuncturist just told me the same thing yesterday! He said to eat it everyday for 5 days after the transfer.

It's the bromelain that's in the core. I did it with every transfer. Get a pineapple and pop out the core. Cut it into 5 equal pieces. Starting the day of transfer, eat one of the pieces each day. I also read about purple grape juice and walnuts helping with implantation, so I munched on walnuts and drank grape juice during those 5 days.
Who knows how much it actually helped, but I figured it wasn't going to hurt. 2 IVF babies later, I'd eat and drink it all again.
