How much did you pay? Which pharmacy did you use?
Also, are there any alternatives?
Thank you in advance!

Re: If had to pay for Cronine out of pocket.....
I'm currently using crinone for a FET but my current insurance covers it thankfully so I haven't recently done pricing calls to pharmacies. I was OOP previously for progesterone and it sucks. I often used Kraupner pharmacy in Brooklyn (free delivery to LI) for my OOP meds because they were cheapest, but I'd usually call about 7 places first.
There are 2 alternatives: The cheaper, more painful alternative is progesterone in oil (IM injection). The other alternative is another suppository (endometrin) but I know that's expensive too, but maybe slightly cheaper.
Someone (I think "ttcsince2012") on here has a thread with some meds available and they have 3 boxes of endometrin to donate so maybe try to grab those!
If you are in dire need of some ASAP, I can give you a box of crinone. I could use all the infertility good karma I can get on this cycle!

I don't know about price, but if PIO is cheaper, it's really not that bad. The build up was way worse than the actual shot.

I have used PIO and honestly like it better than the suppositories. If it is a big difference in price, you might want to consider it.

I used the crinone for 10 weeks. I hated it! Ugh! Thank god it's over. I have a high pharmacy deductible. Kings in Brooklyn is $90 a box, I was able to get a negotiated insurance rate- I know my office helped me out too with them and called them. I did $50 a box which is a 2 week supply.
