How soon do you test?
How many days before expected AF do you test? Mine is 4-5 days away and I caved and took a FRER last night and there was the faintest line you've ever seen in your life on it and now I'm trapped in hell waiting in limbo.  I hate myself for testing so early because this is torture.

I usually wait until 12dpo. I've gotten negatives before 12dpo when I was really pregnant. So I try to avoid doing it any earlier.
There's usually not false positives. If you saw a line already I'd be pretty excited! Also, I've noticed that my lines come quicker and are darker when it was a perfectly healthy pregnancy! The lines that came late and were light ended up ending eventually. I'm sure that's not for everyone, but that seems to be what my body is doing.

Hah - it's a line that only I can see. Showed two girlfriends a pic and they aren't seeing ANYTHING.
Hoping for a clear result one way or another soon.

I am an early tester- I begin around 10dpo. This past cycle however, I didn't get my BFP until a week after AF was due. And I actually tested on the day it was due and I got a bfn- so don't be discouraged if you don't get a bfp right away, you could have ovulated later than normal which will throw off your cycle

How soon do you test?
I started testing at 9 or 10 DPO but didn't get any lines until yesterday, 14 DPO.

For all of my pregnancies I was able to wait until AF was due. This time around I've tested a number of times everywhere from 5 days before AF was due till day of. I guess b/c it's taking so long this time around I'm getting anxious. AF is due the 19th. I'm determined to wait till the 20th in the AM if it's a no show on the 19th.

How soon do you test?
I turned into a testing LUNATIC over the weekend. Squinting at lines that weren't there etc. I tested again this morning with a FRER and got a BFN and I have finally accepted that I am NOT pregnant lol. Just waiting for AF to arrive in the next day or so and trying to forget about it.
