What do you like for winter jogging attire?
I would like to continue jogging during the cold weather. What are some things you have and recommend? Where did you buy it?

cold weather compression pants (rated for temps below 40) from cw-x are a must -- they're thick & keep everything tight, look around for deals though, I usually by older models on amazon...gloves and moisture wicking tops are good

Thanks! What do you wear for your head? A running hat? Nothing special?

Hat or headband, depending on how cold it is. I have a thin under armour fleece hat. And on the coldest, windiest days, a fleece neckwarmer, like you would wear skiing.

Re: What do you like for winter jogging attire?
I have a thick headband that covers my ears. And I wear gloves with fingers cut out that have mitten covers. I wear an infinity scarf it is very cold.
if it's freezing (like 20s cold) or snowing I have a pair of fleece leggings but its a weird material to run in. Otherwise I wear my regular tights which are pretty thick.
On top I just layer up with running jackets with one waterproof one that goes on top.
It's easy to get overdressed because you are starting out so cold but you warm up pretty quickly!
ETA: I pretty much get all my stuff from lululemon, athlete or Gap

What the other ladies said! I just wanted to mention that running in the cold weather is my FAVORITE time to run. You don't get as gross and sweaty and the feeling of the cold air in your lungs....ahhhh it's just glorious
I end up just wearing a headband that goes over my ears, not a big fan of hats because the hole for a ponytail is always lower than I like.
Know It's very easy to overdress and overheat in the winter but you will find your groove after a few runs in the cold.

I agree with all the above. I also have a neck warmer thing, that can be worn as a hat or around nose, or neck. It's handy for having it up around your nose as you're starting to warm up. Then I drop it down so it's just like a big turtleneck. Not sure it that makes sense.

I agree with what racheK and my favorite time is the winter as well. I have been nursing hamstring and piraformis and haven't ran in 3 months and am losing it.....
