Camp Invention
Does anyone have feedback on this program in the LI area?
I googled for reviews and they are pretty bad, but I assume the program varies based on location.

Camp Invention
My daughter was a volunteer counselor for Camp Invention in our town last summer. It was extremely organized, lots of different experiments, lots of fun. By the end of the week they were all hugging her and crying. I do think it varies by individual location.

Camp Invention
My daughter did this and although she liked the teachers and the experiments she thought it was too much like school to really enjoy a lot, especially since it's the week right after school ends.

we're way out east and it's one of my sons favorite places to go! He does baseball camp all summer long, except the 1 week of camp invention.
He is always so excited about going, to come home and tell us all about it and asks to go back every year. This will be his 3rd year.

I signed my son up for it.
It will be his 1st time. We have done Destination Science camp, it was wonderful but I think my son just outgrew the projects.

My now 6th grader did it last summer and really liked it. He is not a camp kid AT ALL and usually hates going to them. It is a long day but he really enjoyed it. So much so that he may be a junior counselor this summer. M y 3rd grader didn't do it last year but heard all of the "cool things" and is going this year.
