Egg alternative for breakfast
I cannot eat eggs, they do not agree with me....so I am struggling with breakfast. I need to eat on the go and hand held b/ I usually eat in my car. I'm having a hard time finding food that will fill me up like an egg and still be healthy and easy to make. Any suggestions??

Egg alternative for breakfast
I make a shake in the mornings usually and drink it on the go. Or I don't always eat "typical" breakfast foods either- maybe a healthy wrap with protein and veg?

I have half a cup of old fashioned oats with 1 TBSP of PB and either a banana or strawberries.

Sometimes I will have a LaraBar for Breakfast with Coffee of Tea. IMO, the best flavor is the Banana Bread.
I alternate on other days eating a banana for breakfast with Cashew or Almond butter.
I had to give up up on oatmeal; way too bloated.
