Anyone do the beachbody on demand?
Do you like it and does it work? Like, do you see results? I usually do Jillian Michael's but I feel like my body is getting too used to the same workouts and want something different. I am thinking of signing up for the beachbody on demand. Just wanted some feedback first. TIA!

I started on Monday and I started with PiYo. I LOVE it! I feel great. I did a double workout on wednesday and Thursday should have been a rest day, but I did the country heat challenge of the day as cardio. I have not checked out Fixate yet. I briefly watched a video on the Paleo baked avocado and egg but have not really gotten into it yet.
