Mine company provides a discount but it was still SUPER expensive.
My physical therapist is doing it now. He lost weight on it. Just like any program it works if you stick to it. He said some food is god awful and some is ok. Nothing is great.
You will still have to learn portion control when you are done with the program which is the downfall to any prepacked program IMO.

I know people who have done Jenny Craig and yeah you lose weight- anyone would with portions that small. IMO it wasn't enough food to satisfy my "eats like a pigeon" 6 year old. I would have been starving to death on it.
Also, unless you plan to eat their food for life, it will be hard to maintain your weight loss long term.
I think you'd be better off with WW. I don't like that Jenny Craig is all prepackaged and frozen foods with God knows how much sodium and chemicals in it.
At least on WW you can eat what you want, and they teach you how to eat for life- portion control, balancing some splurges with better eating the rest of the day, etc.
