Re: ST LUCIA : rEGENCY HOTEL, SANDALS
The Regency in St Lucia is really nice- they just re did some of it. You will probably want to get the free shuttle to the Grande if you want to go to the beach because the water by the Regency is really rough. The Regency has a great snorkeling tour. When DH and I went, they took us on a 45 minute boat ride to the area that we were going to snorkel. You get to see the whole island that way- it was definitely the hi-lite of our trip. If you like Hibachi type food, you will want to eat at Kimonos which is at your resort- make sure you make reservations the day you get there to eat at that restaurant. The French restaurant at The Regency is also really really yummy. The Italian restaurant at Halcyon is very very good too. I didnt particularly care for any of the restaurants at the Grande, but that might just be me. Its really nice that you can stay at one resort and go to the other resort's restaurants, etc at no charge.
Let me know if you have any other questions! You will love it!

We went to the Regency for our honeymoon. We absolutely loved it, and would highly recommend it to you! The food is great - esp. Kimono's and LaToc. There are alot of excursions to go on, check out Sandals.com. Any questions, feel free to ask me!
