Anyone been to Toronto?
I may be going to Toronto this weekend and I was just wondering if anyone has been there and can recommend hotels and restaurants!

Fisherman's Wharf restaurant in downtown Toronto has great seafood.
Def go to the CN tower.
Don't forget to go to Tim Horton's and get a cherry stix donut. soo good.

My DH & I went about 5 years ago and stayed in the Sheraton. The link is above.
We went in February & it was so cold (last minute cheap trip) but we had a great time. It's connected by underground walkways. We found this our after freezing in the street.
We went to the CN Tower & took a tour of the Blue Jays Stadium. We also took a bus tour of the city which was good for us since it was so cold.
I can't remember the name of the places we ate but there are alot to choose from.

We stayed at the Hilton (one with Ruth Chris' steakhouse in it). It was a really nice trendy hotel, right downtown.
Definitely recommend the tower. If it's not too cold take a boat cruise around the lake. We took a bus tour around the city also to see the different neighborhoods.
If you are there long enough, I also recommend taking day trip to Niagra Falls. The drive was only 1.5 hours.

Thanks for the recommendations!!! I already did Niagra Falls last summer so I don't think I will be making a trip there this time, but they are a sight to see!

We go up every year. What type of hotel were you looking for? What kind of activites?
We live in Buffalo, so it's so close and so fun, even with two kids.

I am looking for something trendy / luxurious (w/ an indoor pool / whirlpool / spa) somewhat close to shopping, the CN Tower, and the theater district...

I stayed at the Grand Hotel - I lvoed it because it had a jacuzzi on the roof and an amazing spa, great rooms. Also wanted to stay somewhere that wasn't a chain....
