Alure Home Improvements
Has anyone (especially recently) used Alure Home Improvements for kitchen work? We aren't looking to do a full remodel; we're looking to have some repairs/replacements done.
I am really reading a mixed bag of reviews online, so I'd love to know if anyone here has used the company.

Alure Home Improvements
My mom used them years ago for several improvements, full kitchen/garage conversion, bathroom, roof, windows. The kitchen was first. It went well enough that she used them for everything else. But by the time she did the bathroom they subcontracted out the work and there were numerous problems including a broken hot water pipe that lead to major flooding and they fought on who was responsible. Having lived through all of her renovations, I would not use them.

Re: Alure Home Improvements
We looked into them a few years ago and they weren't really interested in home improvement jobs - moreso in large renovations....and to keep things in perspective, our job was about $20k!

i had them come and give me an estimate for a job.... I literally laughed at the guy when he told me the price. I had a good idea of what it should cost and his quote was 3x that.

Re: Alure Home Improvements
We had them come give estimates a couple of years ago for 2 full baths and one tiny powder room...$50K. Their prices are crazy. No thanks!
They also came soliciting the other day and banged on my door--woke up DD

Happy to help ... been doing this 35+ years. We have all price points including KraftMaid... Showroom is extensive and includes a full KraftMaid studio you won't see anywhere. Full start to finish design/build service or you can use your own contractor. We can point you in the right direction.

Re: Alure Home Improvements
I know someone who recently used them for the kitchen. I didn't hear of any problems but it sounded like it was $$
