IT Cosmetics Brush

I bought a brush less than a year ago and the bristles are coming out. I've never used brushes before this, but is it common for the bristles to start falling out within a year? If not, I bought it at Ulta, any chance you think they'd replace it?

I have one and it's over a year old and is still good as new.
You can try with Ulta, but I am not sure if they would take it back.
I would also email IT Cosmetics customer service- they seem to be a very customer friendly company- maybe they can do something for you.
