When you buy high end cosmetics, skin care, etc....
Do you buy through the company or booth at the mall or through Sephora or Ulta? Every time I go to buy an item, I compare the prices through the company and through Sephora and the prices are the same. So I always end up buy through Sephora because of the beauty bank points.
What benefit do you get at the makeup counter if you buy there?
My next purchase will be the Clinique Dramatically Different moisturizing gel (I got a sample through my last Sephora order and it was AMAZING) and I saw that later this month, Bloomingdales in the Walt Whitman has a promo at the counter but that's it.
Just curious what you ladies do.

When you buy high end cosmetics, skin care, etc....
I always buy Clinique when there's a bonus going on, so I usually either get it at the department store counter or right from Clinique.com.

Yup! And sometimes when I don't care for the bonus I sell the whole thing on eBay. People pay like $15-$20 for the bonus bags sometimes!

I buy Mac cosmetics usually from the Mac store in the city. If I am not sure about a particular shade of whatever they will give me a sample size.
I guess that's my perk!
