Instant Pot recipe thread
Since the IP was the top 5 on Amazon this black friday can we keep this as a favorite/tried and true recipe thread? What are your favorite? I tend to go for low carb whole grain diet if i can.
I am on so many FB groups but this is a good place to share too.
Rotisserie chicken
Beef stew
Lasagna

I have it and use it once in a while. I have been making yogurt, rice, and soups. The reason I don’t use it often is I need to learn new recipes and I am too lazy to learn.

That's me (except I've had it for almost a year). I've very intimidated by it b/c I'm not a cook! My mom is coming to visit next week and I'm going to get her to help me check it out.

Instantpot is not like old fashioned pressure cookers. You don’t have to worry about it exploding unless you forcefully try to open it right after it’s done. There are facebook groups and blogs that have recipes where you literally throw few ingredients in the pot and set it and you will have dinner ready in no time. I don’t use it a lot but when I do, I love it.

Santa is bringing me one. Well I guess technically UPS brought me one after I ordered it from Kohls on Black Friday deal 
So I will keep you posted.
I'm hoping to throw out my crock pot which I don't really like and my rice cooker to go down to only one appliance.

Instant Pot recipe thread
I made chicken marsala in it the other day and was surprised at how good it was. I guess the pressure really infused the flavor.
Thanksgiving I made three meals in it: mashed potatoes, sweet potato casserole and a pork loin.
I want to try skinny tastes ancini de beppe soup next.
So far I like it. I don't use it often, but have had great results.

If you would like to try other recipes by the same woman who created this recipe, she has Facebook groups and a blog. She recently wrote a cookbook for instant pot and lot of the recipes are posted on her Facebook groups - two sleevers and two sleevers international recipes.

I use mine a few times a week! I make my hard boiled eggs in it each week. I have converted all of my soup recipes to be made in the instant pot. I use it for rice, beans, and making my broths. For me, it's a game changer because I can make a recipe that is usually time intensive on a weeknight.
