CoQ10 enzyme
i remember my dr telling me to take CoQ10 enzyme in between cycles to help with egg quality. but I remember one form of it being better than another (ubiquione?)
Does anyone know what im talking about..im trying to help a friend out. Thanks!

Yes. You are right. I take it. See below...
Ubiquinol has been shown to inhibit DNA oxidation (damage from free radicals), thus protecting the genetic code. A study published in Fertility and Sterility showed that supplementation of 600 mg of CoQ10 daily by older women improved both egg quality and fertilization rates.

thank you! i had researched a little and found the Ubinquinol version to be better. My dr when I was going through it said it didnt matter (ubinquione vs the ubinquinol).
