Did this happen to anyone else?

I just got an email stating my order has been received. I did not place an order. Upon further investigation of the email, I see that the date of the order is actually Aug, 2017. That was an old order of mine that i already paid and got months ago.

Now, I have been calling their customer service for an hour now and all i get is a busy signal. I'm hoping this is a big mistake they are aware of and thus why phones are clogged.

No, but I got something similar today from Claires!
A few weeks ago I ordered my DD a bunch of lip glosses, lip balms etc when they were having a big sale.
We got it about 2 weeks ago.

Today, I get an email saying my order has shipped.
I was like - what order? I haven't ordered anything else!

I click on the tracking info and it says it was delivered by Fedex 2 weeks ago and left at the front door. Yes, that's the order we got.

So odd that a new email was generated today saying it shipped- with all the same info and the same tracking number.

I chalked it up to a system glitch.

Just keep an eye on your credit cards to make sure you aren't charged again.

That was it. Computer glitch. They sent out an email! Probably why their phone was down all day too.
