Beachbody v 21 Day fix

Which is better as in better results?

Looks like the 21 day fix offers shorter work outs but the beachbody workouts are 45 mins to 1 hr long.

Any experiences you would like to share would be greatly appreciated.

Can you stream both through your TV via Netflix?

21 Day Fix is a Beachbody Program. It is not separate from them, but one if there many many programs. 21 day fix is also an meal plan program (colored containers). Beachbody offers so many programs, all in varying times.

To watch on your TV, you need the Beachbody on Demand Channel which does have a monthly fee. Then on top of that, not all of their programs are free on the channel, you have to pay for the monthly access and then pay for the workout program as well.

You know what's better than all of them?
Jillian Michaels 30 day shred series.
She has a beginner shred too.

And you can get them free on You Tube so even better.

The thing that is going to give you the best results is what you can stick with long term. Can you carve out 45-60 minutes to work out several times a week?

Results all have to do with calories in versus calories out. I’m a big fan of encouraging people to just get more active in their everyday lives. Im always shocked by how little people move during the day.

Yes! Years ago I belonged to a gym and did a lot of cardio for longer periods. Life happened and i quit the gym. My new routine which led to better results was alternating no more than 30 min workouts of walk/jog and Jillians shred video. I also just stopped eating after 7 pm.

Fast forward I now use Fitnessblender workouts for the past 4-5 years, never more than 30 minutes 4-5x a week with moderation and cleanish eating. Most vids are free and programs are about $10.
