Lake Placid reccs?
DH and I are doing a 3-day weekend together in Lake Placid this January. We rented a tiny log cabin for the two of us. Anyone have any suggestions for places to eat, drink, things to do, etc? We're definitely going for the super romantic feel, so anything along those lines would be great. The trip is to celebrate our 5-year wedding anniversary.

We went last Feb and rented a house on Mirror Lake. There is soooo much to do there!
Go to Mirror Lake inn & do dinner / spa
Go to Big Slide Brewery for craft beer & poutine - casual
Smoke Signals for awesome BBQ and a lively atmosphere - casual
You can ice skate together on mirror lake (bring your own skates) or at the olympic arena
Do the toboggan together at night on mirror lake, maybe after dinner at the inn
