Perhaps a stupid question but does anyone know what is in the little herb/spice dish at Vincent's that you mix with oil?

I can't remember Vincen'ts specifically but I like a little salt, pepper, red pepper flakes, and grated parmesan. Some restaurants also throw Italian seasoning mix in there.
