My dd just turned 12 and we are starting to realize that her forgetfulness and "spacey" personality might be something more to do with ADD. Just wondering, if any of you have a daughter with ADD and what was your experience in getting a diagnosis and the next step.

We are currently waiting for paperwork back from the teachers that the pediatrician wanted them to complete asking about her behavior in class and her inability to stay focused.
