Stair Runner
Looking to add a stair runner. Any recommendation on a company that has a nice selection and will do the installation? TY

Re: Stair Runner
I dont have a recommendation, but just a suggestion. This is actually a very easy DIY. You can buy any stair runner (as long as its less than 3 ft wide because that will likely cover the entire stair)...and use a staple gun to attach to the stairs. You may need more than 1 depending on how many stairs you have obviously as most are only about 10 to 12 feet long.
I've done mine twice now - bed bath and beyond always has very nice runners, or home depot or lowes. And then in a couple years if they get dirty, you just pull them up and put down new ones.
Anyway, just a suggestion because when we moved into our house 8 years ago, I had montauk carpet professionally install them and it was almost 1000 for carpet and install and then 2 years later they were worn out from all the traffic and I wanted to replace again.
I like that I can change myself every couple years.

Stair Runner
We went to Montauk carpet. You can pick any carpet you want and they will make it into a runner.

Thank you for this. Going to give it a try.
