DD is 3 and my sister asked if I wanted to take her to see the christmas spectacular with her and my 4 y/o niece. Too young?

Re: age to see the roxettes

No way would my DD sit through even a movie at that age.
But I'm 45 and don't think I could sit through it so maybe I'm the wrong person to ask.....

We took our DD when she was 4 for the first time and it was fine for her. It kept her attention the whole time.

My kids have been going to see the show since they were 3. No problems sitting through it.

Depending on your kid, she's probably not too young to see it. But, she won't remember it later on. So, if you want to create a "lasting memory", then I'd wait until at least 6. My daughter went at 4 and she doesn't remember the show at all.

We went last year when DS was 5 and DD was 3. Neither were overly interested and at least 1 fell asleep during.

I agree with this. My almost 4 year old would sit through it but I’m not sure I’d bring her at this age.

If you want a christmassy type show, the theater in northport puts on an adorable production of Frosty that’s extremely kid friendly. I took DD when she had just turned 3 and she loved it. It’s also $15 a ticket so not the end of the world if she hates it!
