Anyone try any good restaurants for restaurant week?

Would love to hear some reviews. I'm tired of our same olds.

Not restaurant week but we went to Mannino's in Commack the other night. We had always heard good things. That place was a SCENE!! If I was with a group of friends looking to get loud, that was the place to be. We were seated in the downstairs dining room and DH and I were literally shouting to each other over the entire meal. The DJ in the bar was bumping and the tables around us were so loud. And just as a point of reference, DH and I are generally loud people so this is saying something. LOL Other than that, the food was great and the service was terrific. I would recommend it for a fun night out not for a romantic dinner.

Anyone try any good restaurants for restaurant week?

DH and I went to Chop Shop a few years ago during Restaurant week for our anniversary. It was really good! Definitely a small and intimate place. Make a reservation to be safe.
