reheating question

I have three half trays of food (chicken francese, eggplant parm, and baked ziti) that i am picking up tomorrow and serving on christmas. How long and what temp would you reheat the food? Should I take out the fridge an hour or two ahead of time to bring it to room temp first?

Re: reheating question

They should tell you how to reheat it. Each item will require different lengths of time. Definitely don't leave it out to get to room temperature because that's how bacteria starts to grow.
