Weight Watchers
I think I'd like to try Weight Watchers. I know a few people who have tried it and liked it. I have questions!
1. I would only like to lose around 10 pounds. Looking at me, you'd probably consider me average weight, even on the slender side. Does Weight Watchers work if you don't have a lot of weight to lose?
2. Do you have to go to meetings? Is there a way to do it only online/through an app?
3. If you've done WW, or are currently doing it, do you like it? Any tips?
TIA, and Happy New Year!

Re: Weight Watchers
I've never done it but can answer you second question. DH has done WW in the past did it all via the app/online- no meetings. You can do either option.

Weight Watchers
I do WW and I will tell you that it definitely works. I am also in the normal weight range, just needed to lose like 15-20 lbs. I did online only for a long time, and hated it. Didn't work, but I also got lazy about tracking points and stuff.
I switched to the meetings option, and i maybe attend a meeting once per month if at all. But I go every sunday around 9am and weigh in. Physically going there and weighing in with the people at the desk is what made the difference for me. It keeps me accountable and because I know i have a weigh in coming up, I make sure not to get out of control with my eating during the week.
Since august, I've lost about 21 lbs. So it's a slow weight loss, abt 5 lbs/month. But it really works and I'm able to eat regular food and cook dinner for my family without feeling like I have to cook separate meals for all of us

Re: Weight Watchers
WW definitely works when you follow it. I did online only because I have no time for meetings. I joined January 2019 and lost 30 lbs by July but then I quit my subscription and gained about 7 lbs back so I plan to rejoin after the new year

Re: Weight Watchers
DH and I do it, we both have a lot to lose. We do the meetings and enjoy them. Holds us accountable and there is a camaraderie in our group that helps all of us. It is an easy plan to follow, you can eat anything, we weigh and measure food to be accurate. I am a slow loser, but have changed my eating habits to eat healthier. DH is the same. Doesn't matter if you want to lose 10 pounds or 100 pounds. The plan works the same and teaches healthy habits.
