Cancelling a Groupon
I can't figure out how to contact Groupon. Last month I bought a Groupon for those Hatchet throwing places that is local. Well, obviously my friends and I aren't going in a couple of weeks. I can cancel the reservations, but bought the groupon so won't I have to call them to get reimbursed? Obviously it was never used and who knows when we'll go. Right now it's not priority. LOL

If you click on your Groupon and then into the individually purchased Groupon, there is a button that says cancel.

Since I called and made the reservations it says "redeemed," but they aren't till the end of march so I cancelled the booking appointment. I need to get reimbursed with Groupon.

Good luck cancelling. My DH bought tickets for a Jurassic Park show at the Collesium, Groupon said they won't refund him until they talk with the merchant, which is dumb because literally everything is cancelled because of Coronavirus... ughhh...
