I wouldn’t.

And i get it - I need a break too. I keep on telling myself that I’m thankful to have a job and be healthy to get through it all. I’m working most of the day doing school work with the kids or work work and I’m working weekends as well.

DH is home most days but the kids never ask him for anything...

I wouldn’t but I’d respect you doing what you need to do. Mental health is just as important as physical and if you’ve hit a limit then you’ve hit a limit.

It’s easy to say “I would never” until you’ve walked in someone’s shoes.

It seems you understand the risks. So it’s up to you. It’s not like you are recklessly boarding a plane for vacation and then immediately visiting granny in the nursing home.

Not everyone can be perfect at quarantine. We all just have to do the best we can.

There is nothing to flame in this post, OP. We are ALL having a hard time. I had a fight with my sister the other day because she keeps saying that she can’t get away from her kids. I kept saying I hate being alone during this. Everyone has it hard right now.

That being said, no I wouldn’t send your kids. Sorry, I know you need a break, but it’s too risky.

No one knows exactly about the antibodies. Researchers are still working that out.
