I don't want to quote everyone since it's getting too long but, it will be hard on teachers with children. I feel for them, especially those with spouses who are also teachers or other professions that work outside of the home.

Finding the care probably won't be that hard - you can probably share with a family that has the opposite schedule - but, it's not going to be cheap. I know personally since my kids are older, I don't have that much money in my budget allocated to childcare costs anymore.

There's really no good answer except for this all to go away and for life to resume as normal - which isn't going to happen for awhile.

ETA - I'm happy though some interactive options are now available for the kids at least! I'm noticing a huge difference in my kids moods now that they are doing things in person (going to the pool, baseball, etc).
