40th birthday present
what do most give for a 40th birthday present?
money/gift card, present, alcohol?
if its a present suggestions?
if its alcohol i know person drinks red wine. i do not drink any wine at all but i know wine is not that expensive do i just get several different bottles?
will spend around $50-60

I either do a gift card or alcohol.
If you know this person likes red, there is a wine called The Prisoner that is really good and it's roughly $40/bottle. That would be a really nice gift.

I always like to give a little something with a GC. Like a bottle of red wine (I usually prefer J Lohr) and an Amazon GC. maybe flowers and GC too or those cupcake bouquet deliveries.

You can get a really nice bottle of wine for $50 if that is what you are looking to spend.
Ask at any wine shop and they can help you pick one in that price point.
Or 2 bottles of wine for a little less each.
Or a bottle and a pair of nice wine glasses.

I don't really like the idea of gifts for adult birthday parties, so I would just bring a bottle of wine and a nice card.

Really? My husband got a ton of gc’s for the movies and food he likes. It was great. He doesn’t drink so I would have taken any alcohol and would have been a waste for him.
Not everyone drinks so why not just get them something they will use?

I cant do scratch offs!! I know I would be so jealous and probably pissed if they won big and I bought it for them
