Block island where to stay
The Block Island Beach House looked the most up to date to me when I was looking and near ferry.

Block island where to stay
Are you going as a family or just adults? We usually stay at the Seacrest Inn when DH and I go. It's a small building around the corner from the ferry with updated rooms and AC. We have also stayed at the Harborside which is also updated with AC but, a little more expensive as it's right across from the ferry.
We like them as they are somewhat reasonable, close to ferry, have AC, updated and have private bathrooms.

We ended up staying in an awesome Airbnb in Newport. We enjoyed Newport and never made it to Block island! We only went for three days
