... A claim, a thought, an observation...anything. I’m a bit disappointed u couldn’t come up with a concise answer about Biden when looking at all his actions/words and by applying ur own logic of what a racist person is (or is not). But I get it, sometimes it easier (and safer) to come up with an ‘I don’t know” instead of a yes or no answer. And growing up in a racist time should not give anyone -especially a politician who is supposed to fight for our welfare- a pass.
I've given you answers, but you didn't bother reading them.
I posted a link with details about how he was in civil rights protests, being involved in the AA community throughout his career, selecting Kamala as his running mate. He was 2nd fiddle to an AA President.
His actions are definitely not that of a racist.
I get that it's easier for you to deflect, and never answer any of my questions, but I do give answers.
And I never gave him a pass for growing up in a racist time. You read into that for your convenience. I stated a fact. He did grow up in a different time, but he STILL chose Kamala as his VP.
You can cherry pick his comments over the years and find some things that aren't great, but that is tremendously different than someone who retweets a video of someone saying "White Power!", or someone saying to White Supremacists to "Stand By", or saying there are "good people" in a group of KKK.
How is that anywhere remotely close to "not racist"?
I’ve read every link u’ve posted and every article tagged within the articles u shared. I’ve answered all the points u’ve mentioned so I don’t know what u mean when u said that I’m deflecting and not answering ur questions.
Regarding giving him a pass...well u kinda did. U were the one that brought up him living in a racist time and inferred that was the reason why he said what he said and acted the way he acted.
I’m glad u gave me a concrete answer in ur last post though, about not thinking he’s racist based on his actions and mentality. That’s ur opinion and u’re entitled to it. I must say, it is fascinating to me that u think he’s not racist but Trump is -again by ur logic-. It sounds hypocritical but hey that’s my opinion, and I’m, as well, entitled to it. I’m also glad that during his career he worked with Obama and now with Kamala. Hopefully it’s because of growth and awareness of equality among all and not because he was looking to further his long political career and were hoping to get the votes of minorities. I’m not aware of Trump retweeting a video saying “white power”, or saying there are "good people" in a group of KKK. But if that’s the case and it actually happened, then things would be different. Unlike some people, I have no problem dotting my i’s and crossing my t’s whenever it’s needed.

Members of the Proud Boys, a far-right group that has endorsed violence, celebrated on Tuesday night after President Trump mentioned them during the first presidential debate.
Asked whether he condemned white supremacists and military groups, Mr. Trump demurred and then said, “Proud Boys — stand back and stand by.”
He had a hard time denouncing David Duke's endorsement of him. While not damning in itself, it's just another straw on the camel's back...

What is to talk about? People make a slip of the tongue ALL the time. You have never called your kids by the wrong name or called the dog by your kids name or whatever? I've seen the video, there is nothing meaningful to discuss here.
But if you want to talk politics, let's discuss how treasonous Trump pressured an elected official to give him the votes he needs in order to STEAL the election. This should be the only topic of discussion right now as election meddling is a FEDERAL CRIME. Even more horrifying when it's the outgoing POTUS that is committing the crime.

I think most people can agree that #45 and #46 both misspeak a lot. We could go back and forth for pages just listing all of the things that they've said over the years where they used the wrong words, the wrong towns, forgetting that the US Virgin Islands is part of the US, etc.

When Biden can take interviews without having answers planned out and using a teleprompter, then we can speak.
Trump just needs to stop talking as he goes off on tangents and we all know that. Nothing new there.

At both of their current rates, it will take Biden all 4 years and more to make half as many slips of the tongue, wrong words, incomplete sentences, etc as trump in his 4 years...

Doubt Biden will last 4 years but it should be fun to watch all of this pan out. I feel bad for the man as I really think this is too much for him.

Do you honestly think that anything Biden says is his own words? Maybe all the "slip of the tongues" I agree with but he is not allowed to take random questions.

This does matter as if he is as bad as he seems and can't remember what he is saying and can't take random questions, then he can't run the country.
How can you say that someone's mental ability does not matter politically?

Ummmmmmmmmmmm...............Trump supporters seem to not care. Trump is mentally unfit in MANY ways and yet here there are, supporting the hell out of him.
Biden will do fine and if at some point he cannot do the job at hand he is not someone that will fight stepping down. Harris will also do fine in the role should she need to take over at any point. I am not concerned.

VB - Talk about something that actually matters politically. Who gives a rats a$$ if Biden slipped up, it affects nothing. Again,
This does matter as if he is as bad as he seems and can't remember what he is saying and can't take random questions, then he can't run the country.
I hope you are right, I really do.
