Election lawsuits?
What is the purpose? I’m hearing they have people who will testify under oath that dates were changed, they couldn’t watch ballots counted, etc....
So let’s say it’s proven true. What actually happens?? You can’t prove that ballots x y and z are invalid. There’s no way to show which ones are not valid. So what happens if they can actually prove it?
For the record, there was some shady stuff but I don’t think anything will be proven like they seem to think, but I’m just curious of what would actually happen since this is a first. Re-vote? Biden still wins?

Re: Election lawsuits?
I have asked that same question as without valid names and social security numbers all checked to make sure they only voted once and that these voters are actually alive how do you do that?

Election lawsuits?
From what I understand, the votes that are in question would be taken out of the count. It might mean that batches have to be discarded as that is how some of the states were counting them. I really do not think it will make much of a difference even if he wins the lawsuits. Biden has enough votes to still have him win the state even with some of them thrown out because if they are discarding batches, Trump votes will be discarded as well.
I am all for recounting the votes if they are in within a certain margin, mistakes are made and we should get a verified count, but that is just semantics. Trump will never gain enough votes to turn the election even if he did a recount in all 50 states. All the lawsuits are doing is causing a further divide giving the Trump voters something to grasp on to when in reality, they just need to accept the fact that Biden won and if they don't like it, work on who is going to run against Kamala 4 years from now.
And it is not the first. Bush/Gore had the votes in Florida recounted, which would have changed the election but their vote difference was less than 1000 not in the tens of thousands.

Election lawsuits?
There’s no evidence of fraud or widespread corruption. The lawsuits will go nowhere and already some have been tossed out.

I totally don’t think it’s going anywhere but I’m curious for future elections.

Re: Election lawsuits?
The lawsuits for Pa: we want to be in the room. Are you in the room? There is a non zero number of us in the room. Dismissed.
We want to be closer. How close are you. 10 feet. Fine, 6 feet for covid restrictions. We want to be closer. No. Dismissed.
Those 30,000 ballots arrived within three days of the election they need to be kept out. State attorney: we already are keeping them separated. They were not included for anyone, but if they were would just increase Biden’s lead by 80%. Dismissed.
There is nothing Trump is showing or alleging that demonstrates fraud. Nothing. George Bush, Mit Romney, and Mitch McConel have all said there is nothing there to show the need for a lawsuit. Trump lost. As he would say, get over it. Be magnanimous and concede.

His lawsuits are a joke and a complete waste of time as they'll all be tossed out. He needs to stop having a tantrum, concede and go away.

Who is paying all the legal fees?
Donations and states up to a certain point. Which means the rest of us will be paying.

As they have been. Judges keep tossing them out because there is no proof of fraud. I know he is trying to raise funds but more then 50% is to go towards Trump's campaign debt. I hope the US taxpayers don't get stuck with the bill.

Hearing different things this morning and how things are they are still going forward as many of these states have not even been called yet. The media called the election so they want all ballots counted.
I agree with not being stuck with these bills for anyone who does it to the taxpayer.

You keep saying the media called the election but the reality is that the media simply projected the winner based on the MATH which is what happens in EVERY election cycle. The math shows that even with the remaing ballots left to count Trump STILL has NO path to 270. Biden's lead is wide enough that even if every last mail in ballot went to Trump, he still can't win. It's time for people to accept that fact and move forward, at some point this week Trump will need to concede and stop the chaos.

Due to work I am sitting and hearing the news constantly. Site the lawsuits going forward? Filing them is not the same thing as going forward with a legal base. States haven't called because they still have to certify the election. They all have different dates later in Nov. and some in Dec. The only state that will probably recount is GA. The other states will only do so at Trump's personal cost because he can't win in the other states that he lost in. The margin is too great.

Re: Election lawsuits?
And typical trump supporter logic.... The "Dems" cheated in the 2016 election, and forged millions of fake votes.... just not in battleground states that would have made Hillary win... just in states like NY and California...
The "Dems" cheated this time, too, but still let Moscow Mitch keep his seat, and Lady Lindsey keep his...
And didn't someone... I forget who... say that we had to have the election called on Election Day? And that same person was calling "dibs" on states that weren't even close to being all counted?

Election lawsuits?
If these lawsuits had real merit I think that the President would have been able to find a better lawyer to spearhead these efforts.
I will say that holding a press conference at the "Four Seasons" - a landscaper next door to an adult bookstore made me laugh harder than anything has in weeks.

I laugh every single time I think about the press conference at the Four Seasons. I need to know the whole story there. Did they mean to have it there? Did Trump tweet that it was at the four seasons before they had actually booked the location and then the actual four seasons said no? Did they scramble to find a location to make the president's words true? Was it a mistake? Will we ever know? A comedy writer couldn't have come up with a more ludicrous situation.

Well there just is no other way that a Democrat could possibly have won the Presidency unless they cheated......

This reminds me of an episode of like Schitt's Creek or Seinfeld or something. I mean seriously.... this doesn't even seem real.
