I Care a Lot On Netflix
I watched it a few days ago. I'm glad it ended the way it did b/c I was worried it wouldn't (trying not to spoil anything).

Watched this over the weekend. After 20 minutes in; DH said this better have a good ending. The ending came, and said, OK, I feel better now. It really makes you angry watching this; I have to admit.
Does anyone know if this was based off a true story?
I'm sure its happened; just don't know to what extent....

OMG...YES. Just watched it, and LOVED it. So glad it ended the way it did. I was getting nervous about that.

While I don't think this movie is based on a true story- I mean the whole thing with the diamonds, the Russian mafia etc, was a bit crazy- I am sure things like this do happen in the real world.
So horrible

i saw the movie because of this thread!
so happy i did. i wasn't sure what angle the story would take once dianne wiest's character was introduced.
i did enjoy the ending. it wasn't the twist i was expecting, but was quite happy with it.
