Maybe because it was so much sooner in those states? Not enough people vaccinated at that point? My guess it’s because it was individual governors making the calls and this coming from the CDC so it’s more a reliable source people will trust rather than some random Governor that people may think have their own agenda. Disclaimer: I’m not saying the CDC is reliable or not reliable or governors have an agenda Or don’t have an agenda. I’m just giving an opinion why lol I think this is the case too.

He says it is very hard to push heavy weight with it on because you are breathing so heavy. And he stopped doing cardio at the gym as soon as the weather warmed up enough for him to go to the track or the trails- treadmill with a mask on is horrible too he said. But having said that- he was just thrilled when Cuomo let the gyms reopen, mask or not- because working out at home, in the kind of tiny house we have- was NOT cutting it
