Catering Suggestions
We are catering (only 8 of us) for Christmas Eve and looking for suggestions. I though Greek but then I have 2 people (my own kids SMH) that either only get an appetizer or can't eat any of the food there so thinking that might be out.
Christmas Day is going to be Italian so that is out.
Last year we got from a local restaurant, sliced sirloin and 2 sides. It was good and would go with that restaurant again but maybe something different.

Edit to say we will be eating at home, not in a restaurant.

I'd do Chinese! We're in Nassau and there's a pretty nice sit down Chinese restaurant by us and we've catered family birthdays with them. It was SO good and something totally different.

I was thinking Chinese. Need to include we are taking the food home, not in the restaurant :)

Have you shopped at Uncle Guiseppe's? If not, they have lots of grab and go options. That might be something easy to do with lots of variety.

Where are you located? There is a really great catering company local to me and she posted her menu today and it looks amazing. If you in the Babylon area, it's called The Chef's Table. They are on Facebook. Her food is delicious.

Catering Suggestions
Not sure where you live but Fat Boy burrito has a bunch of vegan options (jackfruit, beans, lots of veggies) and I’m pretty sure they can cater a taco/burrito bar.
They are on my list of things I miss most on LI, right behind parking lots and Target.

Love chefs table. We usually order a few sides for holidays. It’s actually the husband who is the professional chef.
