Hair tip opinion?
I am having someone come to my house to do my DD's hair for her communion (found her on a local mom page). She is charging $65. If I give $80 do you think that is good for tip? TIA.

I dont think a tip is needed she' keeping the full $65
and it doesn't have to be 20%

Yes I was thinking that too since she is pocketing all the money but in her contract she wrote "tips are not required but appreciated" oh well.
