Need to vent!
I participate in dcap (dependent care-kind of like flex spending but for childcare).
My accountant apparently doesn't add this when we file, we we get these audits for a few hundred dollars. Not the worst thing. BUT the newest one I got was from filing year 2020. It's now JULY of 2023 and I just received this one and there's $40 of interest. That really angers me. Ugh...that really gets me.

If he doesn't add it wouldn't the IRS owe you money? That should be a tax deduction not a tax liability.
